Dear participants,


It is your content that makes Rikon a priceless experience, a place for networking and learning. We invite you to read these guidelines to ensure mutual satisfaction with our cooperation, which enables us to provide quality content for our visitors.


All participants are required to read and follow the code of conduct for visitors.

Submitting a program application:

  • All program items must be registered through the Applications, which will be opened and announced on time.
  • To ensure better communication, the person who will host the program should be the person who submits the program application.
  • The submission must include a photo of the host or logo of your organization, which will be used to present your program to the audience in the relevant materials.
  • All program participants receive free admission to Rikon.
  • In case the program participant requires a personal assistant for objective reasons, the assistant also receives free admission to Rikon.


Co-financing of accommodation or travel expenses:

  • Rikon reserves the right to co-finance accommodation or travel expenses for individual participants in the program.
  • In the case of financing travel expenses, the organizers reserve the right to determine pricing by mileage (currently in the amount of 1 HRK per kilometer).
  • The organizers do not pay per diems for travel orders.
  • In case of financing accommodation, the participant will not pay for the accommodation in advance or after the end of the accommodation, the organizers cover the payment in full.
  • All program participants have the right to request assistance with local transportation to or from Rikon. Contact the organizers in advance, and volunteer drivers will take you when and where you need to go.


Program participation:

  • We ask all participants to arrive at the venue at least an hour before their program item.
  • All participants are required to pick up their ticket / bracelet at the Info Desk.
  • If you need assistance, look for a volunteer or organizer.
  • If you need to print any materials, or you need technical assistance, look for a volunteer or organizer. The printer is on the Info Desk.
  • The content of your program item must not be discriminatory.
  • The content of your program item must not be stolen or plagiarized.
  • If your lecture or program is prolonged beyond the assigned time slot, volunteers will signal that you must wrap up.
