Rikon's organizing team consists of members of the 3. zmaj Association and external associates and partners.

We also call for external volunteers, who help bring Rikon together with their amazing efforts.

Creative individuals, enthusiasts, experts, our mission is to present the best Rikon every year. 

We like to participate in local and foreign conventions, support similar events and festivals, and develop creative projects.
