Dear visitors,

Rikon is an ideal place to meet, network and socialize with people who have similar interests. We strive to keep Rikon a pleasant place where everyone can have fun and relax. Happy visitors are our greatest asset.

What is allowed:

• Relax, have fun and participate in any program that is open to all or sign up to participate in special program items.
• Enter Rikon with a guide dog.
• Photos and filming is practically a must! But remember, if you want to take photos or film cosplayers, ask their permission first.
• Tagging and using current # on social networks.
• Re-entering the venue with a ticket / bracelet.

Important:

• Keep your purchased or assigned ticket / bracelet until the end of Rikon.
• Show the ticket / bracelet to the security guards at the entrance to the Rikon venue.
• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
• Respect and do not disturb other visitors and program participants.
• Respect the privacy of cosplayers and be sure to ask permission to take their photos or photos with them.
• It is strictly forbidden to touch cosplayers or their costumes, if you wish to take a closer look, please ask the cosplayers permission first.
• Refrain from commenting on the looks, clothes or any other features of other people at Rikon. Everyone is welcome and everyone wants to feel comfortable.

Limitations:

• Entrance to the Rikon area is only allowed if you have purchased, won or have been assigned a ticket / bracelet.
• Your ticket / bracelet cannot be transferred to other people.
• We do not refund or make up for lost tickets / bracelets except for program participants.
• It is forbidden to stay at the Rikon venue after closing time.
• It is forbidden to enter the premises of the building that are not intended for Rikon, and the use of the elevator is allowed only to organizers and people with disabilities.
• It is forbidden to bring your own alcoholic beverages into the venue.
• The possession and use of narcotics and similar items is strictly forbidden at the venue.
• It is forbidden to bring in weapons that are dangerous or sharp (sharpened metal blades, spikes, swords), explosive devices, firearms and flammable materials. Weapons / tools that are part of cosplay costumes are allowed, but they must not be functional or sharp.
• Airsoft weapons are allowed only as exhibition items on booths, it is forbidden to carry them in the Rikon area, and must only be handled by trained persons.
• Advertising and promotion at the venue is not allowed unless arranged with the organizers (does not apply to booths).
• Pets and other animals are not allowed at the venue, except guide animals.
• Any aggression, physical altercations or any such similar behavior towards others is strictly forbidden at Rikon. The security guards will intervene in any such case, the police may be involved, and you may permanently lose the right to access Rikon.

And finally, to make it nice for all of us:

• Dispose of empty cups and other rubbish only in the appropriate rubbish bins.
• Don't throw cigarette butts on the floor. Use the available ashtrays.
• If you accidentally spill a drink anywhere inside the building, seek out one of the volunteers as soon as possible to help you clean up.
• Each visitor is responsible for their personal property and in case of theft the organizers cannot be held responsible.
• We invite all visitors to fill out our visitor surveys after Rikon, tag Rikon or our # in photos from Rikon, and send us your impressions.
