purchasing vendor/exhibitor booths


Dear exhibitors, we invite you to stand out at Rikon this year, in the impressive venue of Exportdrvo Rijeka.

Booth Acquirement Process

  • Booth rental is available while supplies last, exclusively through the webshop on the Rikon website.
  • Booths can only be rented via direct payment through the webshop.
  • Cash payments or any other forms of payment not supported by the webshop are not accepted.
  • The webshop issues business invoices after you enter all required information during checkout.
  • The rental includes the selected space, the stated number of tables and chairs, an electrical connection (without additional extension cords), and entry passes for designated persons.
  • After a booth is rented, the Organizer will send the Exhibitor a Contract, which must be signed and returned.


List of Booth Positions

  • All booths have a set price, visible in the webshop and in the position legend below.
  • Each booth position is listed as a unique product with its corresponding price.
  • If you are interested in two adjacent booths, you have the right to purchase both if both are available.


Terms of Cooperation and Booth Usage

  • The Exhibitor must be a registered legal entity capable of issuing valid receipts to customers for purchased goods, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for the Exhibitor’s business activities or any issues arising from illegal sales.
  • The Exhibitor is required to be present at Rikon for the entire duration of the convention.


Allowed at the booth:

  • Selling products with the issuance of receipts and in compliance with legal regulations,
  • Organizing program activities agreed upon with the Organizer,
  • Conducting interactive activities for the audience (games, prizes, promotional materials).


Not allowed at the booth:

  • Displaying, sharing, or selling alcoholic beverages, unless agreed upon with the Organizer,
  • Displaying, sharing, or selling any narcotics,
  • Displaying, sharing, or selling food, unless agreed upon with the Organizer,
  • Using pyrotechnics or open flames, unless agreed upon with the Organizer.


Booth Cancellation Policy

If the Exhibitor cancels their participation after payment has been made, the Organizer reserves the right to retain the full paid amount for the booth position, regardless of the reason for cancellation, under the following terms:

  • Cancellations up to September 1, 2024 – the Exhibitor is entitled to a 50% refund,
  • Cancellations after September 1, 2024 no refund.

The Exhibitor understands and accepts that the retention of the paid amount is not a penalty but a fair compensation to the Organizer for costs and lost opportunities resulting from the cancellation.


Additional Information

  • The Exhibitor Coordinator will contact you in due time and send all necessary information for your arrival and preparation.
  • The working hours of Rikon, along with all other operational information you may need, will be provided via email.
  • It is mandatory to set up your booth before the start of the program and to clean up only AFTER THE END OF THE PROGRAM. Exhibitors are kindly asked not to make noise or pack up before the program ends.
