Lease of stands and exhibition positions

Dear exhibitors, we invite you to stand out at Rikon again this year, in the impressive venue of Exportdrvo Rijeka.

Leasing process

• The rental of stands is carried out until stocks run out, through the e-shop. The link is at the beginning and at bottom of the page, after the venue map.
• Stands are leased exclusively by direct payment through the e-shop.
• It is not possible to pay in cash or in any other form.
• The e-shop issues business invoices, after you enter all the required information at check-out.
• The lease includes the selected space, the specified number of tables and chairs, power connection (without extension cord), wireless Internet access for the POS system and tickets for the responsible persons.
• After renting the stand, the Organizer sends the Exhibitors a Contract, which must be signed and sent back.

List of positions

• All stands have a defined price, visible in the e-shop and below in the position legend.
• In the e-shop, each stand position exists as a unique product, with an associated price.
• If you are interested in 2 adjacent stands, you have the right to rent both if both are available.

Terms of cooperation

• The exhibitor must be a registered legal entity that is able to issue a valid invoice to customers for purchased goods, in accordance with all laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia / EU.
• The exhibitor is obligated to be present in the venue for all the days of the program.

• Allowed at the stand:
• Sale of products with the issuance of invoices and compliance with legal provisions,
• Implementation of the program activities in agreement with the Organizer, with the delivery of a detailed plan 15 days before the event,
• Implementation of experiential activities for the audience (games, prizes, promotional materials).
• Not allowed at the stand:
• Exhibit, distribute or sell alcoholic beverages, except in case of agreement with the Organizer,
• Display, distribute or sell any intoxicants,
• Exhibit, distribute or sell food, except in case of agreement with the Organizer,
• Use pyrotechnics or open flames, except in case of agreement with the Organizer,

Stand cancellation conditions

• In the event that the Exhibitor cancels the exhibition, after the lease has been paid, the Organizer reserves the right to retain the paid amount of the value of the position that has been paid, in any case, regardless of the reason for cancellation, in accordance with these rules:
• until 10 August 2024 - the Exhibitor has the right to return 100% of the amount,
• until 10 September 2024 - the Exhibitor has the right to return 50% of the amount,
• until 20 September 2024 - the Exhibitor has the right to return 20% of the amount,
• until 1 October 2024 - the amount is not returned.
• The Exhibitor understands and accepts that the withholding of the paid amount is not a penalty, but a fair compensation to the Organizer due to the incurred costs and loss of opportunities arising from the cancellation.

More information

• The coordinator of the exhibitor will contact you in a timely manner and send all the information necessary for your arrival and preparation.
• Rikon's working hours, as well as any additional operational information you may need, will be delivered to you in a timely manner by email.
• It is mandatory to set your position before the start of the program and clean up AFTER THE END OF THE CONVENTION PROGRAM. We ask the exhibitors not to make noise or clean up before the end of the program.
