READ THE BOOTH LEASE INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES
Lease method
- Stand rentals are available until stocks last, via the webshop system.
- Stands are rented exclusively by direct payment, upon completion of the application form.
- Cash payment is not possible.
- The web shop issues fiscal R1 invoices. It will not be possible to change the data later, so make sure that you have entered all business information, such as your OIB or address, correctly.
- Upon successful completion of your purchase, a confirmation with a generated invoice and contract will automatically be sent to your email.
- The contract must be signed and sent back to the organizers by email.
List of positions
- All stands have a defined price, visible in the web shop and in the position legend.
- Each stand position exists as a unique product, with an associated price.
- If you are interested in 2 adjacent stands, you have the right to rent both if both are available.
- The rental includes the selected booth/space, with the number of tables and chairs included, a central power outlet (without additional extension cords) and 2 (two) weekend exhibitor tickets.
Terms of cooperation and stand maintenance
- The exhibitor must be a registered legal entity that is able to issue a valid invoice to customers for purchased goods, in accordance with all laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
- The organizer is not responsible for the exhibitors' business or any situations arising from illegal sales.
- If the exhibitor does not have a registered legal entity, they may not sell products at their stand.
- The exhibitor is required to be present at Rikon for all days of the convention.
- Allowed at the stand:
- Sale of products with the issuance of invoices and compliance with legal provisions,
- Implementation of program activities agreed with the Organizer,
- Implementation of experiential activities for the audience (games, prizes, promotional materials).
- The following is not allowed at the stand:
- Display, distribute or sell alcoholic beverages, except in the case of an agreement with the Organizer,
- Display, distribute or sell any narcotics,
- Display, distribute or sell food, except in the case of agreement with the Organizer,
- Use pyrotechnics or open flames, except in the case of agreement with the Organizer.
Booth cancellation conditions
- In the event that the Exhibitor cancels the exhibition, after the rental fee has been paid, the Organizer reserves the right to retain the paid amount of the position value, in any case, regardless of the reason for cancellation, in accordance with these rules:
- Cancelled by 15.8.2026. - The exhibitor has the right to a 50% refund,
- Cancelled after 15.8.2026 - no refund.
- The Exhibitor understands and accepts that withholding the paid amount is not a penalty, but rather fair compensation to the Organizer for the costs and loss of opportunity resulting from the withdrawal.
Additional information
- The organizers will promptly send all exhibitors the logistical information necessary for your arrival and preparation.
- Rikon's working hours, as well as any additional operational information you may need, will be delivered to you in a timely manner by email.
- Exhibitors are required to set up their stands early - you are free to arrive at the Exportdrv area two or one day early (Wednesday or Thursday), and on Friday morning, vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the area in front of Exportdrv.
- Clearing up of the stands is possible after the end of the program on Sunday.
- We ask exhibitors not to make noise and not to clear their positions before the end of the program.
