Rikon invites individuals, creatives, companies, associations, crafts, publishers, artists and craftspeople to join us at this year's edition of Rikon with its sales and exhibition stand.

Your themed stand is an opportunity to tell everyone your story, win over the audience with your creativity and increase traffic to your social networks and/or pages.

Registration and rental of stands:

• To participate in Rikon, it is necessary to first register a stand via the online application form available on the website RikonRijeka.com (here below on the page).
• After the selection of stands, all approved participants will receive a link to the web-shop where they will be able to rent one or more stands of their choice .
• Stands are rented until stocks last. If there is more interest than available positions, the organizers can, as a last resort, free up more space and add a few stands.
• Stands are rented exclusively by direct payment through the web shop. It is not possible to pay in cash or in any other form.
• All stands have a defined price, obtained according to the number of tables and the specific position in the space itself, that is, the accessibility and attractiveness of the position itself.
• Stand prices range from about €70 to €360 for the largest stands. The prices are listed below in the table.
• In the web-shop, each stand position will be published as a unique product, with an associated price.
• If you are interested in 2 adjacent stands, you have the right to rent both if both are available.
• After renting a stand, we send you a contract, which must be signed and sent back to the organizers.

Terms of cooperation and stand maintenance:

• A sales stand is a table/space arranged for the presentation and sale of trade goods, companies, associations, publishers, and the like. The sales stand must have clearly displayed contacts, business cards, posters, links or QR codes that lead to portfolios, social networks, and the like.
• Sales stand must issue an invoice to customers for purchased goods, in accordance with all laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
• Rikon provides electricity and a secure internet connection to all stands.
• Applicants of sales stands are entitled to two free tickets to Rikon for the persons who will maintain the stand.
• Sellers are obliged to keep a stand at Rikon all days of the convention.
• It is obligatory to set up your stand on time (on Friday morning/ early afternoon before the opening) and clean up your stand on Sunday by the end of the program at the latest.
• Stand owners are responsible for their personal property and in the event of theft, the organizers I can hold them responsible.
• The stand needs to be packed overnight because the Rikon space is a public space on Saturday morning. If you do not have a place to store the contents of the stand, contact the organizers and we will store your stand in the organizer's room.

Limitations:

• It is not allowed to display, share or sell alcoholic beverages at the stand, except in case of agreement with the organizers.
• It is strictly forbidden to display, share or sell any intoxicants at the stand.
• It is not allowed to display, share or sell food or cakes. Rikon provides all visitors with food that is prepared under controlled conditions and meets the requirements of the regulations and laws of the Republic of Croatia.
• The use of pyrotechnics or open flames is strictly prohibited without consultation with the organizers.

All participants who will come to Rikon are asked to read and follow the rules of conduct for visitors.

More information:

• Stands are set up on Friday morning/early afternoon, before the start of the Rikon program.
• During the set up, you can enter the area around the Faculty by vehicle. When you unload the goods, the vehicle must be removed and parked outside the pedestrian zone around the Faculty.
• Rikon's working hours, as well as any additional operational information you might need, will be provided to you in a timely manner.
• Rikon's space has elevators and is suitable for people with disabilities.
